The Savage is a great starter bike, but it takes too many modifications to get the sound and power that you need, and in the end it still has oil leaks from the head gasket cover at least once a year. I test drove the vulcan and the power and sound, not to mention the "harley" look over powered me and I was sold! Everybody thinks it's a harley because of the sound and the style, And yet I still had fun here. Have fun on your Virago, and Suzi.
